Joey Hiles is a PhD student in Georgetown’s Doctor of Liberal Studies program, studying the intersection of political philosophy and urban planning. Before Young Voices, he taught English and philosophy at the high school level. He lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and enjoys reading and going on long walks in the city.
