Nolan Gray is an advisor for The Center for Market Urbanism and policy fellow at Mercatus in Washinton, D.C. He holds a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from Rutgers University. His areas of expertise include land-use regulation, development, and urban planning theory.
Nolan’s work has been featured in City Lab, Forbes, Cheddar, Reason and The Guardian. In 2018, he won the Young Voices Award, presented by Reason, for impactful scholarship by writers under 30.
