Finesse Moreno-Rivera is an accomplished criminologist, research analyst, policy advisor, criminal justice data expert and current candidate for project manager at the Police Executive Research Forum. Finesse’s passion for criminal justice stems from her own personal experiences in childhood and adulthood. After losing family members and friends to incarceration, drugs and gun violence, Finesse has continued to be an advocate for criminal justice and policy reform.
Since December 2010, Finesse has worked diligently to understand every aspect of the criminal justice system by working at various criminal justice institutions. In addition, her work continues to be utilized by Police Departments across the country and the White House.
