Elizabeth Grace Matthew is a Philadelphia-based writer and editor. She recently completed the Writing Fellowship with America’s Future Foundation. Matthew writes about education, culture, politics, and religion. Her work has appeared in The Hill, Patheos, America Magazine, FemCatholic, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. She has also edited and copyedited popular articles, academic articles, dissertations, books, textbooks, and standardized tests. For more than a decade, Matthew was a professor and university administrator. She holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in English from Penn State, and a doctorate in education from St. Joseph’s University.
