Cody Wisniewski is the Director of Mountain States Legal Foundation’s Center to Keep and Bear Arms, focusing on the Foundation’s Second Amendment practice. He has litigated cases across the United States addressing a variety of firearm rights issues. Cody also regularly writes on the subject, being featured in Washington Examiner, National Review, The Federalist, Legal Insurrection, Real Clear Policy, and more. Cody runs the Foundation’s Fellowship Program.
Cody graduated cum laude earning his B.A. in Joint Honours Classics and Philosophy from the University of Ottawa. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with his Juris Doctorate.
