Carolyn Bolton is a communications and marketing manager for DonorsTrust, a mission-driven giving-account provider. Before her work at DonorsTrust, Bolton worked for an Alexandria, VA-based public affairs firm as a senior content specialist. Prior to her work in public relations, Carolyn was a general-assignment reporter in the foothills of Southern California—followed by a stint as a content editor for Cox Media Group. She’s interned for the National Journalism Center, the Washington Times, and General Dynamics. She now resides in northern Virginia.
