BIO

Angus is a political, communications, and campaigns advisor at an international consultancy. He previously worked as an outreach aide on Boris Johnson’s Conservative Leadership campaign while completing his MA in Politics and Contemporary History at King’s College London.

He also holds a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham where he was Secretary General of the UN Society and a political radio host. Following graduation, he was awarded a place on the Global Challenge Graduate scheme and worked in Melbourne, Australia with the U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office and led the creation of the Young Leaders outreach program.

Angus is a columnist at the Mallard, a non-profit publication, where he writes on conservative philosophy and current affairs. As a freelance writer he has written for, among others, Conservative Home, The Taxpayers’ Alliance, The Telegraph Refresh, and The Daily Globe.
