Anastasiia was born to Russian parents and spent her childhood living between Europe and the US. She received an MA in Political Studies with a minor in European Studies from the Jagiellonian University, one of the oldest schools in Europe. For the last half a year, Anastasiia has been working as a Research Assistant at the Wilson Center and at the Cato Institute. She is now doing an editorial internship at the American Spectator and interning at The Charles Koch Institute. She also conducted an eight-month research project at Stanford University and attended entrepreneurship classes at Purdue University. Anastasiia is interested in political philosophy, European politics, and the EU-US relationship.
