Alex is a Policy Advisor at a London based think tank and Senior Fellow at African Liberty, as well as a Foreign Policy Fellow for Young Voices. Formerly a Research Associate at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity.  He writes about economic freedom, African development, and global well-being for the HumanProgress.org’s Heroes of Progress column.
